Our dedicated Concierge team can tailor your stay to make it special. Relax whilst our team take care of the details from organising a private chef, chauffeured cars, restaurant bookings, dinner on arrival, wellness appointments, picnic hampers, golf bookings, baby sitters, tours and experiences.

Operations Manager | Belinda Williams

Raised on the south coast of NSW, Belinda traded the waves for the mountains in 2017 when she moved with her family to the Southern Highlands, where she could fully embrace her love of nature and horse-riding. With over 20 years’ experience in real estate and technologies, Belinda combined her expertise in property with her passion for guest experience to take on the role of operations manager at HPH in 2019. Belinda is the heart and soul of the HPH team, she overseeing the day-to-day operations and with the ultimate goal of ensuring that every guest leaves HPH with a big smile on their face and a promise to return again soon, and all owners feel their property is safely looked after.

Client Services | Coralie Roach

Sydney born and raised, Coralie and her husband moved to the beautiful Southern Highlands in 2009 after their children left the family nest. Coralie’s career in (and passion for) haute couture culminated in her leadership and training of numerous highly professional customer service teams over many years. Those experiences have amply prepared her for what she loves to do the most; present a beautiful and inviting home for our guests. Coralie and her team look forward to ensuring that your stay with HPH is perfect and lives long in your memory.

Marcia, born and raised in Melbourne, worked as a TAA air hostess for several years before moving to Perth with her husband John. After living and raising a family in Perth for 35 years, Marcia and John relocated to Bowral in 2009, John’s town of birth. Marcia instantly embraced the glorious four seasons of the Southern Highlands. After a career in customer service and being a real homemaker, Marcia enjoys creating stylish, warm and comfortable spaces and relishes in the opportunity to make them welcoming for our guests.

A Highlander for 7 years, Stephanie’s passion for beautiful homes, interiors and country living has been influenced by her travels and spending time living and working abroad. Stephanie has enjoyed an international career in travel and exhibition management including sponsorship and marketing and has added a very positive dynamic to the team at HPH. Creating Our Collection of homes is a journey ignited by the beauty and love of the Southern Highlands and the desire to share this with those who want to visit and breathe in the fresh Highlands air and immerse themselves in this amazing area.
